The location was perfect for quick access to the city, with stunning views of the Alhambra from my room. I found the walls quite thin, making for a less peaceful experience.

Comfortable common areas and refreshing welcome amenities.
My stay was incredibly disappointing. The room was unbearably hot, and despite adjusting the thermostat, it provided no relief. On top of that, the bathroom emitted a disgusting smell that forced me to keep the door closed. I reported it, only to be offered a room change for my short stay, which was not acceptable. I was also disturbed by a loud party next door, which further ruined any chance of relaxation.

Had a great time with friends! The location was central, making it easy to visit the nearby ski areas and enjoy some cross-country skiing. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt well-rested each night. Pro tip, the views of the city from some rooms were stunning!
We did encounter a few minor maintenance issues in our rooms, which were a bit annoying but didn't ruin our overall experience.

easy strolls to major attractions and local flavor
During my stay, I enjoyed being just a short walk from the beautiful Basilica of San Juan de Dios, which was around 500 meters away, as well as the vibrant local scene at nearby cafes and restaurants, all within just a few steps. the only downside was the bed, which was two singles pushed together and not the comfiest for couples.
